1. Firstly Read, there are 3 levels from left to the right side: Need Water 1-2, Moisture 3-9 , Wet/Too Much 10-12

2. Insert it 1/2 into soil (don't test water)

3. Read the soil moisture levels on the dial

4. Wipe soil moisture sensor after each use

What should I do if the soil tester is not working properly?

Check soils:

1) Suitable soils: Organic/ Natural/ Good composting/ Black/ Mixed soils

2) Not suitable: Ash/ Slurry/ Hard/ Too Dry/ Rock/ Sandy/ Loose soils

3) Compact soil/ Use in natural soil
